Recipe for Beer-Battered Fried Fish

  1. combine dry mix with a whisk and whisk in beer
  2. heat peanut oil (1 inch deep) at 275 degrees and turn heat down to simmer
  3. Swirl fillet in batter then place in oil.
  4. Flip every minute, fry until lightly stained oak for 4 minutes.
