Power Breakfast Yogurt
A yogurt parfait is the perfect power breakfast:
- 7 ounce container of 2% Greek yogurt
- Quarter-cup of high-fiber organic cereal with < 5g of sugar
- Piece of sliced fruit (banana)
- Tablespoon of honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
